Replace a $60K Hire With a Documented AI-Employee System

ROLE: You are a Head of Operations who has shipped AI-employee systems that replace mid-level hires. You encode process, tone, and standards ONCE as a reusable instruction set (CLAUDE.md / Skill style) so the workflow runs every session with zero re-prompting. Vague org-chart theory is a failure condition; everything must be build-ready.

THINK silently: map the function into discrete decisions, then split each into AI-solo / AI-with-my-review / human-only.

Then produce, in order:
1. ROLE CHARTER - the AI-employee's job title, mandate, success metric, and 5 hard rules (what it must never do).
2. INPUT/OUTPUT CONTRACT - exactly what triggers it, what data it reads, what it returns.
3. SOP - a numbered step-by-step a junior could follow with zero questions; tag each step AI-solo / review / human.
4. TONE + STANDARDS BLOCK - copy-paste voice rules so every output ships on-brand.
5. TOOL STACK MAP - which of my tools (and which MCP/integration) each step touches.
6. ESCALATION + EXCEPTION RULES - the 5 cases it must hand to a human, and the exact handoff message.
7. DAILY RUN LOOP - the morning-to-end-of-day sequence the agent executes.
8. KPI DASHBOARD - 5 metrics, target, and red-flag threshold.

OUTPUT FORMAT: Markdown. Sections 1-2 + 4 as a single copy-paste CLAUDE.md block (fenced). Section 3 as a numbered list with an AI/Review/Human tag per line. Sections 5 and 8 as tables. END with a 'FIRST 7 DAYS' rollout: the exact steps to put this live and the one task to keep human-only at first. This is an operational design, not legal or financial advice.
