We want you to feel good about your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can get your money back from ProPrompt, who actually processes the refund, and the few things worth knowing before you buy.
What this policy covers
The ProPrompt vault is free, forever — the searchable prompt library, the fill-in-the-blanks customizer, one-click copy, and the "Run in ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini" buttons cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund there.
This policy applies only to ProPrompt Pro, our one-time Lifetime purchase. That's the paid upgrade that includes every prompt as polished PDF and Notion packs, premium swipe files, bonus prompt drops, and lifetime updates.
Our 14-day money-back guarantee
If ProPrompt Pro isn't right for you, just tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through — if you're not happy, you get your money back.
This is a voluntary guarantee we offer because we genuinely think Pro is worth it. It's our promise to you on top of whatever rights the law already gives you.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@getproprompt.com within the 14-day window and include:
- The email address you used to buy ProPrompt Pro
- Your order number or a copy of the receipt (Lemon Squeezy emails this to you right after purchase)
That's all we need. You don't have to explain why, though we always appreciate a line of feedback if you're up for sharing it — it helps us make ProPrompt better.
How and when you'll be refunded
Your purchase is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for ProPrompt. That means Lemon Squeezy processes the billing and issues the refund on our behalf. ProPrompt never stores or sees your card details.
Once we approve your request, the refund goes back to the original payment method you used at checkout. It typically lands within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. If applicable sales tax or VAT was charged at purchase, that is refunded along with the rest.
For customers in the EU and UK
If you're a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. There's an important exception for digital content: that right can end once delivery begins, if you agree to it.
Because ProPrompt Pro is digital content delivered to you immediately, by buying and accessing the downloads right away you acknowledge that delivery has started and you consent to it. Under the law, this can mean the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies once you've accessed the files.
Here's the reassuring part: it doesn't really matter. Our voluntary 14-day, no-questions-asked guarantee is more generous than the statutory minimum and applies whether or not you've already downloaded anything. So EU and UK customers get the same simple promise as everyone else.
